Scout - Resume Audit (Internal Hiring)
Job Summary
The Scout, Resume Audit position is a vital part of the Resume team, and will primarily be responsible for managing the daily audit of all orders that require Resume Review. This position is accountable for working within ScoutLogic’s client guidelines as well as the Fair Credit Reporting Act’s (FCRA) regulations to provide minimal turnaround time and high-quality results on domestic background research requests.
Reports to: Director, Public Records
Working Hours: 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. CST.
Responsibilities
- Perform a Resume audit of Rightsourcing MSP and Non-RSI resume review program orders daily
- Match candidate resume to the order entered and modify the order as required to ensure all needed items on the resume are included on the order.
- Adding and/or Removing education verifications
- Adding and/or Removing employment verifications
- Adding criminal searches
- Client Escalations when required
- Individual Scout performance and objectives management
- Daily workload management
- Quality Assurance
- Follow FCRA guidelines, including federal, state and county laws, and Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA). Also follow all Resume requirements.
- Participation of ad-hoc projects and reporting as required
Qualifications
● High School Diploma or GED required
● Bachelor’s degree preferred – specializing in Criminal Justice a plus
● 1 to 3+ years related work experience
● Familiarity with FCRA a plus
● Familiarity with TazWorks background screening software a plus
● Intermediate knowledge of Google business applications a plus
● Strong familiarity with the internet, including internet research experience
● Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent English speaking skills
