I strive to give 200% with every search and report. I prioritize assisting as quickly as possible, especially when handling bulk orders, which recently resulted in a commendation from a client.

I consolidate specific client preferences, such as preferred email templates and ETA formats, to ensure all reports and updates are easy for them to understand.

As a tenured Scout, I find it rewarding to encourage my teammates to be proactive and thorough in their research. I believe in learning by doing, which helps us all become more independent and confident in our roles.

I enjoy watching true crime series on Netflix and spending time at the beach.
