Question: What initially got you interested in your current field of work?
Answer: I chose this career as I am fascinated by being a criminal records researcher and the opportunity to contribute to an exciting/forward-thinking/fast-moving/reliable company.
Question: What energizes you about your career in background check screening?
Answer: It’s the satisfaction of gaining clients and trust to let us work for their applicant’s background screening in which we are able to contribute to their company growth.
Question: What’s the best career advice you’ve ever heard?
Answer: Be a team player. Do your best to work with the team instead of against the team. Many great things can be accomplished by working well with your teammates and often it is essential for the success of a business/company.
Question: What’s your favorite thing about working at ScoutLogic?
Answer: ScoutLogic promotes work-life balance. They care, understand, and provide our needs as an employee. We are allowed to grow and show our potential.
Question: Do you have a professional mentor?
Answer: Yes. My mentor trained me well so I can stand alone and lead the team if necessary.
Question: What was the last TV show you binge-watched?
Answer: The Sandman ~ It’s about the endless dream and hope
Question: What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
Answer: I consider myself as adventurous. My favorite ways to spend a day off either traveling, mountain climbing, falls hunting, camping, and swimming.
Question: What song always gets you out on the dance floor?
Answer: None in particular. But I enjoy dancing with my 2 year-old daughter along with any Cocomelon/Super JoJo songs.
Question: What’s the phone app you use most?
Answer: Facebook ~ just watching random videos.
