The next interview in our background check services case study is with Andy Arquette, CFO, for fairlife. Finding a great background check company plays an essential role in a company’s hiring processes, and Andy shares their experiences with ScoutLogic in this short video.

fairlife is unique as it operates its entire supply chain and has been tremendously successful, leading to substantial hiring over the past several years.  Because of its business model, fairlife recruits for a variety of roles and is continuously challenged to source a high-quality talent.  Given the complexity of the business and the competition for great talent for these roles, fairlife needed a background screening company that would help their recruiting and onboarding processes.
