The next interview in our background check services case study is with Andy Arquette, CFO, for fairlife. Finding a great background check company plays an essential role in a company’s hiring processes, and Andy shares their experiences with ScoutLogic in this short video.

fairlife began in 2012 with the belief that milk and its natural health benefits can be used to create great-tasting products that nourish consumers and fit into their modern lifestyles. fairlife is proud to provide nourishment and vitality to the world through a wide range of better-for-you products.

fairlife is unique as it operates its entire supply chain and has been tremendously successful, leading to substantial hiring over the past several years.  Because of its business model, fairlife recruits for a variety of roles and is continuously challenged to source a high-quality talent.  Given the complexity of the business and the competition for great talent for these roles, fairlife needed a background screening company that would help their recruiting and onboarding processes.

At fairlife, HR wears many different hats and they needed a background check partner that would help them easily onboard and recruit talent to support their continued growth.  They did not have the bandwidth to chase down candidates for drug screens or follow-up on paperwork, they needed their background check partner to provide the partnership that would help them move forward with their plans.

fairlife is benefiting from seamless service and improved communication leveraging the ScoutLogic “Scout” model.  This model assigns specific researchers to accounts, enabling much closer and more responsive collaboration between candidates, recruiters, and ScoutLogic . fairlife’s Scout acts as an extension of their HR team, helping to onboard great talent to help fuel their continued growth.

ScoutLogic is so grateful to Andy and fairlife for the great partnership!
