Question: What energizes you about your career in background check screening? Answer: Every day, something new and different comes up and that surprise is definitely motivating. I love learning new things that I never could have imagined and the challenges excites me.
Question: What’s the best career advice you’ve ever heard? Answer: “Don’t underestimate your capabilities. Others will regard you the same way you regard yourself. If you don’t value yourself, others will undervalue you as well. Value yourself highly, and others will follow.”
Question: What’s your favorite thing about working at ScoutLogic? Answer: Working at ScoutLogic is about a lot more than just the hours you put in each day. It’s about knowing that the company values some of the same things you do (like honesty, integrity, and hard work) and understanding how those values match up with your own. Work-life balance is also being observed.
Question: Do you have a professional mentor? Answer: All ScoutLogic Team members are my mentors. The support I am receiving from everyone helps me to stay focused, gain confidence, and attain my goals personally and professionally.
Question: What was the last TV show you binge-watched? Answer: “Squid Game”. Totally a blast!
Question: What’s your favorite way to spend a day off? Answer: Playing online games, watching anime, reading books, motorcycle riding, and spending time with my loved ones.
Question: What song always gets you out on the dance floor? Answer: A song from Larusso back in the mid-90s. I can’t remember the title but I remember the melody and the steps way back when I am still participating in dance activities.
Question: What’s the phone app you use most? Answer: Facebook and Youtube. Watching short clips is one of my pastimes.
