Allow us to introduce Anarcis Aguilar… Our next installment of the “Behind the Scout” series! This series recognizes the dedicated individuals on our team providing vital support to you every day.

Question: What do you like most about our team culture at ScoutLogic?
Answer:  That from the very beginning everyone makes you feel part of it, not only your team, but the ScoutLogic family. You are always welcome to share your point of view, and exchange opinions to make things better.

Question: What makes you proud to work at ScoutLogic?
Answer: That there is always an opportunity to grow, not only inside ScoutLogic, but as a person, when it comes to what you do on a daily basis, that there’s always someone available to explain things to you, the different types of personalities that you encounter within your teammates. Everything and everyone makes you feel a part of the company, it doesn’t matter if you’re from a different department, you can always reach out and communicate.

Question: How does our team support each other in achieving goals?
Answer: Communication! Always! We make sure to stay on top of reminders and provide assistance when needed, as well feedbacks to improve.

Question: What specific skills do you use to serve our clients well?
Answer: Attention to detail, empathy and problem solving would be the main skills to serve our clients.

Question: Can you give an example of a time when you went above and beyond for a client?
Answer: In my Workplace Health Solutions team, there was a client that needed the results for the services performed by their candidate as soon as possible, of course we have an ETA that we have to stick to, but if there’s something that we can do for our clients is always going above and beyond. We immediately followed up with the clinic, requesting to have the results sent over as soon as available, we informed the client about the ETA and ensured them that we were on top of their report to get those results for them. We followed up hourly with the clinic, as soon as the results came in they were posted and we immediately informed our client! They were extremely grateful for the constant communication.

Question: How do you gather feedback from clients to improve our service?
Answer: If there is feedback provided by clients, we discuss as a group and find the best ways to improve together.

Question: What do you find most rewarding about your role in the team?
Answer: Nothing is better than when a client is happy and grateful when you are able to assist them, always a “thank you for your prompt response” is greatly appreciated. With my scouts, being able to learn from them, and share my knowledge for us to improve as a team.

Question: What hobbies or activities do you enjoy in your free time?
Answer: I do crossfit, I like to spend time with my cats, listen to music and watch K-Dramas.
