Question: What energizes you about your career in background check screening?
Answer: I love the overall atmosphere ScoutLogic offers. We are not just colleagues, but we are a family. My colleagues always have a smile on their faces and are always willing to help. We can have a great laugh and also sit down and push thru the hard days.
Question: What’s the best career advice you’ve ever heard?
Answer: Success is on the other side of fear.
Question: What’s your favorite thing about working at ScoutLogic?
Answer: There are so many great things about working at ScoutLogic that it’s hard to choose just one! ScoutLogic provides limitless potential for career development and growth within the company. Each day I am presented with numerous opportunities to utilize my skills in communication and attention to detail. The ScoutLogic Leadership Team does a fantastic job at recognizing our employees on a job well done and congratulating us when we receive positive feedback from our clients.
Question: Do you have a professional mentor?
Answer: I feel blessed to say I have three! Gena, Ashley, and Jodi are always providing amazing guidance.
Question: What was the last TV show you binge-watched?
Answer: The Office, I love a good laugh and happy tears from time to time!
Question: What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
Answer: I would start with brunch, a trip to Home Goods, and a movie night with the family.
